Clean, quiet area Kids enjoyed the pool

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Very clean and fresh throughout the facility. Excellent food in the restaurant.

I reserved 3 rooms with 3 beds in each. Paid over $730 per room for a 3 night stay. On the third night, they locked me out of my room and said I only paid for 2 nights. I asked the clerk if the room was $370 dollars a night and he said yes... I was obviously stuck and needed the room one more night, so I had to pay for the rooms for another night. I had also asked for the rooms to to be cleaned the night before.. the clerk never said anything about the reservation at that time and we never got any of the rooms cleaned. I will NEVER recommend this hotel and I will stop using Hotels.com. What was supposed to be a fun family trip ended up being a stressful mess for me as I tried not to let my family know there was issues at the hotel. I spent time defending the hotel so my family would be able to celebrate the life of their grandmother.

Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher at the honor bar so we can refill. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
